2 cups flour (use whole wheat or half whole wheat/half all purpose)

1/2 tsp salt
1 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
3 bananas
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (or so) of unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbsp flax seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix ingredients
If making muffins, bake for 22 minutes
If using loaf pan, bake for 1 hour
