I owe you a post wee-one...
knock-knock, sounds more like "mk mk" and then knocking on a door. favorite past time ever right now.
blowing bubbles with your spit, often times done while whining "maaaaamaaaaa" - the 'aaa' sound of 'ma' being the part where a bubble is created.
shaking head yes or no...but has to be done just so. when you shake your head yes your mouth open and closes as your nodding.
also sign language for more and all done.
HATING....HATE.ING. diaper changes...still. although, you have had a keen interest in the potty and have sat on it multiple times and pushed until your face turned red. nothing has happened yet but hopefully potty training will be easier with you.
baby dolls. holding them, patting their heads, pushing them in your stroller.
Oliver. you love this kid. doting on him, giving him his pacifier, his blankie, bouncing him in his bouncer, although you are going to catapult him right out of his bouncer one day. doing tummy time with him. you just love babies.
we read the 100 words for babies book tonight and you were trying to hard to say all the words: banana, ball, kitty! dog, bird, flower. every time we pointed to the fish i would make the fish face and you would try to copy me and then stick your finger on my lips and then give me a kiss. you are also an excellent "ROAR"-er.
loving your new puddle jumper floaties and swimming alongside stella-bells like such a big girl. these are also a welcome relief for me.
your "puddin' face" i call it. where you mash your chin down into your neck and purse out your lips and scowl your little brow, and those big blue eyes which oftentimes look to the side during this particular look, you're nothing but cheeks and rolls and pudding. you often do this while riding in the car when you're a bit upset (for whatever reason, which most of the time is because you want a snack a blanket or a paci).
your little white girl dance. its all about the bend in the knee. and the arm scoop. your left arm, you let it hang slightly in front of your body and twist it with your palm open like you are scooping up a big pile of sand or something. you will go into the dance to any jingle, it doesnt matter the tune, the length or the tempo.

of course amidst the crowd at the St Arnolds Brewery you found the one lady with balloons and stole her heart enough so she would give you one. |
