stella saying "i do not understand that"...i suppose this comes from me scolding her and asking her "do you understand me?" it makes me laugh so hard though...
really i need to be careful with my patience and my temper because, obviously, she is quite the copy cat. she plays and talks to her babies in much the same way that i play and talk with her. its funny to hear her telling her baby, "its time to change your diaper, it will only take ooonnne minute. oh! good poops!" although sometimes the things she is mimicking arent so sweet, for instance, the other morning when she dumped her cereal on the floor she got a talking to from me, and then she turned around and gave pete the same lecture i had just given her.
yesterday she was saying, 'i need coffee!" which i tried and failed to get on video, i mean, really too much for me to take.
jane hung out in her jumper for a few minutes yesterday, i can hardly believe she fits in it already. she is so strong, this rolling over thing has really her a glimpse of whats to come and she is loving it. yesterday she was getting her little butt way up in the air when she was laying on her stomach. and her arms and legs are just squirming trying to get somewhere....she successfully swiveled 90 degrees. i mean to tell you, i feel like its only going to be a few short weeks before they're both mobile and my world will be flipped upside down.
poor stella isnt feeling well, shes got a fever, probably due to her 2 year molars coming in. she was hot as fire when she got up from her nap yesterday and had the aches and chills. she just kept moaning "mama." i gave her some tylenol and big ol bowl of cookies n cream ice cream and we watched winnie the pooh and cuddled. must. savor. these. moments. i do not ever wish for her to be sick, but man are they sweet when they are. another one of her newest things is "mom, what are you doing?" which she asked me every time i stood would leave the couch. i feel like she has gone from a 2 year old to a 5 year old over night.
