our life as depicted by kyle's new iphone (finally!).
stella had her first trip to the zoo saturday. i think she was more enamored by the hundreds of nooks she found to sit and the random ledges/benches she could climb than she was by the animals. but it was a fun adventure at any rate. our friends leila and carina joined us and the girls couldnt have been cuter together. although stella did have a minor breakdown by the end of the day. on a whim, kyle and i got a babysitter that night and went out to dinner just the two of us. its amazing how big these small things feel now.
sunday was spent relaxing at home. and in an amazingly indulgent moment i made some brownies from scratch which taste like heaven here on earth. i definitely made myself sick off of them. stella and kyle enjoyed the batter as you can see below. heres to hoping the week is as nice as the weekend was!
